Rustic Focaccia Bread....getting better

Late night posting of tonights focaccia, bread is still warm as I type, just a few pic's before I hit the hay.

A few minutes later, now its looking better.

This time went with sun dried tomatoes, my own roasted peppas and Italian style olives. Dried herbs were folded in when I kneaded the dough and I like it. A little tart going from the tomato, a little sweet going from the peppa and a little salt going from the olive. Best one so far.... ;)
