Pounded flat and cut into strips a few breasts. Dipped in egg mixture then coated with Italian bread crumbs. Raised direct around 350.

That is why I posted this otherwise elementary cook. Breaded foods work very well on the egg. Just dont do them too hot. At a moderate temp raised direct, much of the cooking comes from the "oven" affect of the Egg but you still get some from the direct grilling.
