Started with two baked potatoes @400* for an hr.

Swai with lemon, butter, and Cajun's Choice Blackened Seasoning @350*-400* Direct.

Turned at 10-min.

This was vary tasty, I like grilling fish on a bed of limes, I'll try some more verities of fish

Ross...great as usual............I just looked up swai...despite its name it's not a shark but a type of catfish......must try it sometime. Like your idea of the bed of limes...

Nice cook Ross. Interesting fish. I love your baked potato's. Did you turn the potato's very often or did you keep them close to the edge for an indirect bake so to speak?
