Apricot glazed pork chops for lunch

After shoveling snow we headed out to Sam’s Club for some pork chops.
Grilled them direct on the ci grate – brushed on an apricot glaze the last few minutes – very good.

I have cooked those before to, they are very good.

I made the glaze:
1 C Apricot (heated until melted)
3 T cider vinegar
1 T Soy
1/4 t cayenne -
Now that sounds like a winner. Yum yum! :P Tim

Oh, sorry I left out the Garlic
I used 2 cloves garlic -
i have been leaving garlic out of a few things also here lately :silly:
