I have been asked to appear on a local PBS cooking show! This is fun, I've done it before!
This go-round, I hope to introduce folks to the process of brining and the BGE.
I would like to do (also share in a recipe book that the station makes up in conjunction to the show) your Buckboard Chops...Soooo...
First of all I'm asking permission to share your recipe / method and if so, I want to give credit where credit is due! So a little background would help me out here.
I also have a question or two, but I'm getting the horse in front of the cart. I will save them until after I know I'm going down this road, or not.
