No return email to allow log in to forum?

I have friend who has an egg and cannot get a return email to allow him to log onto forum. His email address is correct and it wasnt sent to his spam. He has actually tried to log on 6 times and it says, he will receive an email shortly. No luck. I called corp for him and left a vm and also sent them an email. No response there either. Can someone give me some advice for an Alabama Egger?? Thank you!

I've sent two different confirmation emails to that address but I see that he is still not yet confirmed. The sever must be having a problem getting email to this address. Perhaps it is being spammed and not even delivered? There is no error returned from his mail server; so, it must be discarding it.
