so many things to do on wok, tonight wife and i had stir fried vegetables-- crookneck squash, zucchini and sweet vidilia onions. cooked these after spathcock chicken came off. love the spider and wok.

    I love the wok on the eggs also! Great for a main meal or sides like yours. I can't get vidalis here.

    eating healthy....pick pile of bean sprouts with little soy sauce or teriyaki is good too and quick.
