Freerange Fattie & Ribs

I missed the earliierpost that stirred up the Ruckus but saw the replies! 
Quality ingredients were mentioned several times so here's my finished Freerange Fattie-Organic wholehog sausage,Guyere cheese,Wisconsin cheddar,La Bomba,and a little touch of Smoked 'Loney!
A combination of the finest ingredients I could accquire!
Smoked with apple n cherry.

Pulled at 170 IT.

No sliced/plated pics,it's a gift and I thought it would be tacky to take em a mutilated Fattie.
Here's the finished Real Ribs from last nite.

By far the BEST ribs I've ever eaten,250 dome with apple wood for 8 hours! :huh: 1:30-9:30! :blink:

You like to joke, laugh and play around as much as anyone else here Hoss and I have been watching a lot of great cooks come off of your egg. During the holidays you were turning out great cooks left, right and dead center. The forum wouldn't be the same with out you Hoss. Keep 'em drooling and laughing buddy, you have a gift for both.

They've got a porch here? Nothin to keep up with here Tim. Some of us like to think outside the box. Then there are those of us that never knew there ever was a box . . . or a porch I guess. As long as we are having fun sharing our pleasure in the egg it is all that matters.
