Chicken/Wing/Sausage Cook Done!

Got volunteered to do chicken for a friends housewarming party. 30lbs of legs, wings and thighs and a few sausage No pics of the sausage time constraints, LOL. Hope they like it!!

looks awesome!! what seasoning and sause did you use. Also did you cook all at once or in batches. And if in batches how did you hold the done ones until the others were finished?

Seasoning is just a little cayenne pepper(maybe more than I thought), goya, paprika and a little lawry, Sweet Baby Ray Honey BBQ sauce. Cooked in batches, held in oven at 175 until time to go. Hope they aren't too spicy.
