1.8 pounds of beautiful beef or maybe just looked that way because I was hungry

I like TRex and xeRT but sometimes it's just a straight grill. Temp was 425 for the whole cook and started on the normal level on the small for about 2 minutes a side

Then up on the GrateMates

Pulled at 127 and 10 minute rest (I was tired :whistle:)
