The Frozen Lasagna is on

Well, I've just put a Frozen Lasagna on the egg. I wanted to cook ribs, but everyone else seemed set on this frozen lasagna. So, we compromised. They think it's crazy to put a frozen lasagna on a "grill" My explaining that it's really an oven also, didn't really help much, but nevertheless It's on there. It had better come out good. [p]Had I known I'd be cooking frozen Lasagna on the egg this evening, I probably wouldn't have given Mac in NC a hard time over his tofu..[p]

We cooked a frozen veggie lasagna at the Pig Pickin' a couple weeks ago. It was great partnered with some Ragin' River chicken. We'll be doing it again for sure.[p]Jim

James, I have cooked store-bought frozen lasagna on the BGE before. I can't remember why; but it was good and the smoke added an extra, unexpected dimension of flavor. JCA
