Frank, I thought the same thing as Kim this AM when I first ead your post. Nice hunk o'meat.
I'm fiddlin' with my frig to get the shelf where I'll drybag age a ribeye subprime to hang between 34 and 38 degrees. And waiting for my boys to get back to college so the frig door won't be open so ofter.
