I thinly sliced some chicken breasts, then made a marinade in the blender with garlic, shallots, chile veg oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, salt, sugar sesame oil and black pepper.Marinated for one hour.Put on the egg at 350'direct about 4- minutes/ side.Then grilled some of Ross's famous romaine hearts coated with olive oil and served them with blue cheese crumbles and parmesan cheese.I'll be so happy when it stays lighter longer in the evening! :)
