OT - \"New\" All-Clad

If any of you have any All Clad Stainless pieces and would like to buy more to match, don't bother with Williams-Sonoma. They are now carrying a modified line with a different handle on the lids.

The sales clerk told me these were exclusively W-S... "so far". I have six pieces, most with lids. Why would I want to add more if they don't match?

    The new lid kinda sucks IMO. I only have a couple of All Clad pieces and I stopped buying them when I figured out that they did not make me a better cook in any fashion.
    This is the greatest signature EVAR!

    Looks like a WAY better handle on the NEW one,sell the others to a "collector" and buy all new and improved. :) NICE COLLECTION!!!! :)

    Umm, that is NOT my collection! LOL I only WISH is was my collection. I do have a few Mauviel pieces, but I "borrowed" that pic. :)

    And I like the old All-Clad handles better.

    Twas a purdy kollection! I would think the bigger handles would be better,buy whadda I know? :huh: I'm a C.I. kinda guy! ;)

    I keep my mauviel in the basement. It's just to cheap to leave it laying around where company might see it.

    Is the new SS placed above or below the copper core?
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
