Who needs Myron and the Pitmasters show when we have Buster Dog and Smitty ?

I use a toy hauler also. We level the ramp, set up the awning, and roll the eggs out on the ramp. It takes a little work but gets the job done. I use to roll them up and down the ramp also. Bobby has an electric winch he uses.

Sam,
How do you transport all those eggs safely?
Do you have a picture of your transporting setup?
I hope Diane is still doing well........ -

I appreciate the offer, but in Jacksonville, I'm closer to Atlanta than P-cola.

LOL. I hope you can make the Royal so we can toast a cold one.

We took a cargo tip from the Dizzy Pig crew when we started as we also went with a cargo trailer.
We load 4 of them in tight with cushioning in between.
We've traveled over 10,000 miles thusfar with no breakage...hope I didn't just jinx myself there. LOL

Have E-track at two and four feet along the walls of the trailer. Use ratchet straps and cross strap them. In our old trailer this worked fine. In our new trailer I had a few problems and started putting some foam in between parts when rolling. My wife's nephew hauls all his in the back of his pickup.

It is very hard to find the taste that six judges think and agree is the best. Often you have five on your sided and the sixthhas a total different taste. Ask anyone that cooks competition BBQ and they will always say it is the luck of the draw, referring to the table of judges you get. I've seen the same turn in scord first one week and D-A-L the next. Being consistant is the thing to work for.
