Rack of Lamb with Pita bread and Tzatziki

Howdy folks....

Freezing and storm wont keep me from cooking on a sunday afternoon eusa_naughty.gif

Had a nice rack of Lamb in the fridge, seasoned it with some mediteranean seasoning salt and EVOO and sliced a pepper and onion to fry them up in the small CI pan. Had the small Egg going with some Olive Wood for smoke.

Pulled it off at 130 F. Together with a small salad, some greek Tzatziki
and grilled Pita Bread this was good enough to eat... smi5.gif
