Cookn biker Pizza Toss Party

I signed on to Ping Large Marge because I recall that he started growing a yeast culture and I tried to activate mine this week.

After 4 days the only culture that has grown is the strep culture the doctor took when she stuck a Qtip in my throat.

I checked it this morning and there are bubbles but less than a half inch of growth.

Sooooooo, I look at your pics and see the pizza they made. It looks like he kind of crust I'm cruising for. Kinda chewy on the outside? I don't really want a cracker like crust. Was the texture what it looked like?
