O.T. Frozen lasagna???
Bordello
Posts: 5,926
Picked up a 6 lb. box of Stouffer's frozen lasagna, problem is it's only myself here so do I cook the whole thing completely, then cut into pieces to freez or just cook it enough to soften where I can cut it to freez except for the portion to eat, then finish cooking it??
Not sure it would matter either way but what's ya think???
Thanks,
Bordello

Good morning Bob. Are you still up or just getting up? I see you are using you computer. I am guessing you have things under control. Or at least maintaining. Tim
I don't claim to know anything about your frozen lasagna. sorry -
Morning,
Just got up a bit ago, using the computer but it will take a while to see if it's still freezing up.
Have a great weekend,

Hi Bob! I would cook the entire pan of lasagna and wrap up the leftover pieces individually and freeze. Maybe the girls at th pub will help you out with eating some of it.:)
We're in Scottsdale right now and loving the weather. If we make it over toward Gold Canyon I'll give you a holler. -
Take it to the pub.

Thanks Anne,
I kind of thought that was the way to go. With 6 lbs of it I'll be good for awhile. Glad to hear you're enjoying our nice weather and having fun in Scottsdale.
I'm usually online unless I'm running running around shopping.

Don't know about Stouffer's, but with my scratch lasagna, after the meal, I cut the leftovers into serving size, vac seal each individually and freeze. I think it's even better after reheating.
But there's always the pub.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Better to get the pub girls here. :woohoo:
