Wanted to do another run on the CI pizza pan.
Paula and Brianna's. Double cheese, pepperoni, ham, green and red peppers, onions, moz and asiago.


Norma's
Goat cheese, olive oil, basil, caramelised onions, calabrese salami and bomba

My Panzerotti,
Marinara, pancetta, Calabrese salami, little fishes, green and red pepper, red onions, asiago, parmesan, mozzerella, pancetta, capers, marinara and bomba

My understanding is that a panzerotti has sauce on the inside, while a calzone is served with sauce on the side.
