    I hope everyone is warm at the Chicken Ranch today because here in middle Tennessee the daytime temps are;

    Hey Timmy,

    We have a good melt day going in NoVA, temp's in high 30's. I'm making sauerkraut, cured pork loin chops and smoked sausage today for the wife and me. We're the only ones eating sauerkraut - I'll be danged if I'm giving up kraut on New Years Day so I'll cook a couple of NY Strips for the boys on the egg and call it even.

    It'll get close to 40 today. Very nice compared to the 20 degree hike last night.
