Just want to let everyone know that Diane was released from her doctor. She left Milwaukee yesterday by plane with her daughter Jamie and is back safe & sound in GA. Sam is driving back with a friend that flew in to drive back with him and he should be home today sometime. What a month it has been for these 2 people. Our prayers have been answered and Diane's surgery was successful and she is on the road to recovery. I'm sure Diane was happy to be sleeping in her own bed last night for the first time in a month. They have a follow-up visit here in 5 weeks so I'll be seeing them again soon. I was so glad to have got to spend time with both of them. They are a wonderful people.
Please continue to pray for a speedy recovery for Diane.
Happy New Year to all my egghead friends. It has been a great year. I have made so many new friends and got to spend time with my old friends.

Went and picked her up at our daughters and she is in her 'OWN" bed tonight. We stopped by a good friends house so I could have some greens and black eyed peas and Ms.D had some black eyed peas and creamed potatoes. I feel the year is going to be Good for Ms.D as she gets her strength back. I sure hope I can keep up to her.
