For all the Newbies, all these cooks came from recipes and/or techniques I learned here on this Forum. This is a great resource for you to become a fantastic Egg cook. I started a week early and roasted some pecan halves (no pic) and smoked cheese (from Firetruck's caveman technique):

I also made some Pig Candy (inspired by Spring Chicken's recent cook):

I grilled some lobster tails:DSC_0299.jpg
Which later became some delicious Lobster Dip (from Mainegg):DSC_0329.jpg
For Christmas morning I baked a sausage/cheese bread roll (from SSN686):

For Christmas dinner, a Mad Max Turkey:

and a Maple/Bourbon Ham (from Egret):

Everyone enjoyed it all, but I bit off more than I could chew and was a little 'grouchy' , so the Princess said only 1 thing to cook next year --- we'll see! :woohoo:
