Recipe request - Bacon potato pie

A recipe made the rounds awhile ago. I forgot to make proper notes, so of course, now that I want to make it, I can't find it
.
It a had a "basketweave" bacon pie crust and was filled with sliced potatos similar to scalloped or au gratin. I figure it should be pretty straight forward, but wanted to check and make sure there were no issues - like precooking the taters so that they're fully cooked before the bacon gets burned to a crisp.
Anybody remember that one? (link?)
Thanks

Good save guys, I'm at work on a shovel overhaul (not a snow shovel, heheheee) and on dial-up so just reading some posts takes forever for them to load.
I was sure thinking that the done temp was around 325 to 350, and although the grease that was noticeable on the sides kind of made me nervous about the potatoes picking up grease, they did not, and the bacon on the bottom of the pan was nicely browned. -
Thanks Thirdeye.
Now thats a shovel! :woohoo: -

You would have to have a big patch of them. One scoop comes in around 100 tons. A good operator can take two scoops per minute....Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery
