Recipe request - Bacon potato pie

A recipe made the rounds awhile ago. I forgot to make proper notes, so of course, now that I want to make it, I can't find it :blush: .

It a had a "basketweave" bacon pie crust and was filled with sliced potatos similar to scalloped or au gratin. I figure it should be pretty straight forward, but wanted to check and make sure there were no issues - like precooking the taters so that they're fully cooked before the bacon gets burned to a crisp.

Anybody remember that one? (link?)
