If you have time can you update for us? I think we are looking for dome temp ect...

I don't have a link to the post but this is what he wrote...

"It took about 30 or 40 minutes at 400° dome. I kept an eye on the bacon grease on the sides (thinking I might have to come down on the pit temp) and just tested the doneness of the potatoes with a toothpick. There were three layers of potatoes/onion/garlic/cheese. I was also suprised that no cheese leaked out. "
