Rod that meal was just over the top!! You never cease to amaze me. Great choice of wine to accompany your dinner. Love the pics, especially the one of the 15 yr. Balvenie. Del got a bottle of that from Santa along with plane tickets to Atlanta and a reservation to Myron Mixon's class in Unadilla in Feb.
Maybe we cam hook up when we're there. Merry Christmas and thank you for all your help this past year. -
As always Fidel a great job! I'll eat (or drink) with you any day!!! Cold ride tonight from graveyards home. Mid 20's. Ready for some of that global warming!

Hey Rod!
Very nice Beef Wellington, hope the wine went well and Balvenie is my first choice for Scotch - Das schmeckt!
We've had 2+ feet of snow in one storm then over an inch of rain yesterday - I'm getting cabin fever wanting to get cooking on the egg. -
OUTSTANDING!

Happy New Year year! Tim -
The wine was outstanding! It too, along with the scotch, was a birthday gift from a terrific friend and forum member

Don't tell anyone, but you can cook on the egg in the snow. -
Come on down in Feb! We'll have a nice dinner if you guys have time. Of course, to be nice you'll have to be the one to cook it.
-
Absolutely outstanding Rod.

Now you tell me about the Balvenie. I've hit it 4 days in a row and show now signs of letting up now.
I used to drink the Doublewood, but this is a much better scotch. I should send a thank you note to the upstanding and handsome young man that gave it to me. -
-
Did I mention handsome and well-endowed? Speaking of his intelligence, of course.
-
That's it!
The 25 year old is coming your way
