  • Here's a link to my table plans in pdf format: http://www.nakedwhiz.com/tableplans/tableplans.htm

I used 16" for the size of the hole for a small Egg. good luck!

    Thats cool.
    Did you name them:
    Fat Man
    Small Man
and then when the new one: Mini Man :woohoo:
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

  • It has been a while, but I seem to remember when I built my table, I used the exact dimensions for the plans on the Naked Whiz's website. I think the vertical distance from the bottom of the egg to the opening for the egg was different than listed in the drawings for the small egg because of the new spring hinge. (I could go to the website and tell you what dimension it is, but for some reason work blocks access to the naked whiz  ). All I did was build a drawer under the small egg to account for this. With the addition of the drawer, the opening to adjust the bottom vent was smaller. I would just measure that distance on the egg (with the lid open) before I build my table. That is what I seem to remember. No offense to TNW. I really appreciated the plans he took the time to come up with. If I am right, maybe a revision to the plans are in order?

Well, Fat Man is named after the first atomic bomb.

    Little man was the second.

Based on their shapes and what can be done with them....I see a resemblance B)
