Smoking cheese making pig candy & supper

My first attempt at smoking cheese and making pig candy! :P

I am going to try a small amount of cheese just to see how it goes. I ran out of apple chips and could not find any in town so I smoked with apple and cherry. I haven't sampled any yet I want it to Mellllloow for a few days! :whistle:

Here I have two layers of pig candy. :P I learned two words when eating pig candy "GET BACK". :laugh: Man o man that's some good stuff! :P

I was pulling it off a little at a time and before I knew it a few pieces got away from me but, no worries I'll take care of it. :)

I took some to the neighbor and her and Cindy both said that we should try the pig candy out on some ham cuts so we may try that next. :whistle:

Supper was great but after the pig candy my taste buds we on one track mind and that was the pig candy.

Thick cut pork chops and fried potato's. :woohoo:
