Brisket and Butt

Doin a brisket and butt together today on at 8:30 am this morning cookin away at 250 dome. marinated butt over nite in a freezer bag with apple cider vinegar and juice a little water with my own mix of rub. brisket was rubbed good with same mixture and covered with saran wrap overnite. I have never marinated either that long before. Both are fore Christmas I;ll pull pork for reheating then I am planning on keepinf brisket in fridge wrapped and sealed whole to warm then slice
