Say that 10 times real fast!

This is special to us, because the peppers were grown on the ranch of a friend, just outside, Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico, and they were bottled in San Miguel de Allende.

For those that don't know, my work had us living in Tampico, three different times, for 10 years and we absolutely loved it.

I can hardly wait to try them with some grilled meat. Should also be good with goat cheese on a crostini.

    Molly,

I'm the other Bob, Bordello here.

I finally had to look them up.

    Up to:
Some varieties of birdseye measure up to 175,000 Scoville Heat Units.

I have not seen these locally, but I have not been looking either. They are available from the Mozambique Spice Company

These little puppies are delicious! Really no heat at all, but a great flavor -- a little sweet and sour.

I ate them plain, stuffed them with cream cheese and then made these crostini. Goat cheese would be great, but I went with what I had.
