CyberQ problem

I had my CyberQ's Pit1 plug recetpor fail... seems like a loose contact... has anyone experienced this? does anyone know how to address this? should I open it up, send it back in, accept it the way it is?

Send it back Pato, they do a quick turnaround. Call them first and get a return number
