Joan found the no cook pasta at the Independent Grocer near us. She picked up the lasagna noodles. Since I am going to be making Cannelloni, can you roll the lasagna noodles as is or do I have to try and soften them somehow?

I usually buy the canneloni tubes but you can roll them around the filling and use an egg wash to seal. When you cook, try and keep the seam sides down. Probably want to cut them in half on the long side.
