2 Turkey's, 4 Hams and -15c wind chill

Prep work has begun. Got to have the eggs up and running by 7 a.m. tomorrow. Doing Lunch for 64 folks at my Curling Club. Got 2-18lb Turkeys and 4-7lb Hams. A bunch of ABTs, wings, hodags for later in the day. Should be a good challenge to have the turkey cooked on time. Weather should be OK but a bit cool with a wind chill of -15c expected. At least we a have escaped all the snow this week. (Some parts could see 3 feet of Lake Effect Snow). I'll take lots of pictures and post tomorrow night.
I have a good stock of anti-freeze at the ready.
