I plan on making pizza for the first time. I picked up some Trader Joe's Pizza Dough. I got 2 regular and 3 garlic and herb. They are 16 oz. packages.
How big of a Pizza will a 16oz. package of pizza dough make ?
I don't want thin crust.
Thanks.
Gary

Well just roll one out and see  We don't know how thick/thin you want it
 :P It's all up to you man

I use it all the time. One package rolls out to about the size of my pizza stone. Crust is not thin. Never tried the herb dough, so let me know what you think.
Important to take the dough out of the package and let it warm up for at least 20 minutes (hour is better). -
We have used the TJ dough. For us, it worked out perfectly for the 14" stone.

Average 16 oz will yield a 12-14 inch pizza
most pizzerias use 18oz for 14 inch and 22oz for 16 inches
