Did some Lobster Tails rubbed w/ Prudhommes Redfish seasoning and some 13-15 shrimp w/ Dizzy Pigs Tsunami Spin.First time using the dizzy spices ,was very impressed with the flavor.
15 min in Italian dressing
Served w/ saffron rice and some melted butter.

Wow! That looks incredible! How long did you leave the tails and shrimp on the egg? What temp?

Cooked them at 375,shrimp 2 min a side the lobster maybe 4 min aside.baste w/ garlic butter.
