anybody ever done a fresh ham on the egg.

    My sil did a 20# one this past weekend, however it was not brined or injected. We enjoyed the egged pork.
    I was able to get him to do a lo n slo for the first time in 3 yrs. He now understands about lo n slo vs. high speed lo drag. Lo n slo rules. He thought I was b.s.ing him about the cook time. I'am sure others will chime in about brining. :):) to you.
