Thanksgiving leftovers...the raws
Mixing 2 cups mashed potatoes, 1 cup bread dressing and 1 cup diced turkey
Pattied and dusted in flour
Typically with sauteed spinich, but went with leftover green beans.
The topping is corn & broth hit with an imulsion blender. Nice sweet taste and based on the original recipe. No doubt gravy would be a nice topper also.
