My profile pic got approved, and you can see it if you click on my name and go to my profile....

but it doesn't show up when I post in the forums? Any idea why?

    The picture that shows up in posts in not your profile picture. The image you see in folks posts is their "avatar" image which is a forum specific profile feature. I.e. you must edit your forum profile to upload one.

    As you read this post, you should see a "my profile" link in the second row of links at the top of the post (under the subject). Click this link, and, at the bottom, you'll find a place to upload your avatar image. There should also be an FAQ item on this topic.
