Been over a week since firing up my BGE. As per usual, she through me a few flashbacks to remind me that she doesn't like being ignored.
Just a nice simple spatchcock chicken tonight. Great as always! Got to go get dolled up for a night on the town. Elvis (Pete Paquette)is back for his Blue Suede Christmas show. My kid plays Guitar for him. Should be a fun time. (Sold out show I believe.)
Thinking I'll bring him back to the house for a few Peanut Butter/Banana Quesadillas before he leaves again.
