A beautiful day to egg something so I did some legs and thighs with a jalapeno beer sauce. A perfect way to start of the weekend. MMMMMMM good.

Here is the recipe:

1 stick butter
1 can beer
3-6 jalapenos
2-3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 T. chili powder
1 T. paprika
2 T. salt
1 T. black pepper

Melt the butter. Add all the ingredients and simmer till thickened. Haven't found a better sauce for legs. It is also great on wings.

Sounds like a good sauce...is that 2 to 3 cups ketchup or 2/3 cup?

Absolutely, I used some bottled beers with lime as a variation.
