Will cook this pork shoulder picknic tomorrow. Got it all rubbed down with Dizzy Dust and Red Eye Express yesterday.
It was on sale so even though it is enhanced I thought why not.

Probably tomato based, it's been awhile since I done a butt or shoulder so it should be good. It's about 7 3/4 lbs so I may put it on late tonight or very early in the morning.
I hate to be stuck home.
