    Had I just seen a list of ingredients ... I'd have probably said "I'll try a bit" just because I'll try anything ... seeing the pictures ... I am certain I'd make that a meal! What made you put the banana in there? Did you check temp before you pulled it? Wondering how hot you let it get...

    Temp checked. 171. This was so flavorful. I kinda expected sausage texture when I tasted it. Very different. Tender chick, barely tasted the nanner and nice roasted heat with it all. Really like the rub too.
