For me, RIBS!!! there on now, later on chicken legs!
Chicken and ribs, always a good combo :P !

The wife wants steak, so I guess I'll be grilling her a nice little Filet Mignon tonight ;)

    I am proud to say I am going to be doing Spare Ribs for the first time. I saw a recipe for Asian-style baby backs and I thought I would do it with Spare Ribs.
