Eggesentials Must haves

Being a new egger, but long time smoker, what are some of the must haves for the Egg. I have a thermapen, welding gloves, long handle tongs, plate setter, pizza stone and a pig tail. What are some of the other things I should look for? I have a large and medium egg. Thanks for any tips. So far it is fun being an egger.

Ken,
Welcome to the world of Eggin' ! :woohoo:
1) A continuous (remote) temp probe is very useful (Maverick E-73) is a common one here.
2) For your large I consider a "spider" and "adjustable rig" essential equipment. I use mine almost every cook. tjv (on the Forum) makes these and they are the best! www.theceramicgrillstore.com
3) For convenience, thirdeye (also on here) makes some tools that are also great. The thirdhand grid lifter is much better than the one by BGE.

The attached list is way overkill, but some great ideas.

Sounds like you already have most of the core tools you need. While there are certainly a number of other things you COULD get (the adjustable rig comes to mind, and the remote thermometer is useful if you do a lot of long cooks), you could be very happy with the setup you have now. I'd throw in a rib rack as essential if you don't get the adjustable grid, so you can make enough ribs to feed a crowd. You might want to make or buy a raised grid setup too. Depending on how you like to light your Eggs, you also might want to consider a MAPP torch, which many here feel is the most convenient way to light.
Hope this helps,

TnVolKen,
You already have some good ideas. Let me add cast iron to the list. I particularly like the lodge 5 qt double dutch oven as the lid can double for a skillet (https://secure.lodgemfg.com/storefront/product1_new.asp?menu=logic&idProduct=4082).
