I will be taking some pulled pork into work tomorrow for my emplyees. What is the best way to reheat. The meat is thawed. I will have a microwave or crockpot to use. Thanks for any help.

I would go with the crockpot...adding a little bit of broth, etc. for a minor amount of moisture.LBGE Katy (Houston) TX

When we reheat (in the oven) we add 50/50 water and apple juice. It absorbs most of it and really keeps the meat moist.
I would use the crock pot and add maybe 1/2 - 1 cup total to a fairly full crockpot. Maybe on high until it starts to warm up, then on low to keep from over cooking it.
Some on here add a can of Coke Classic to 2-3 pounds of PP, but we just don't want to add that many more calories to it. :(
Anything you do wil be greatly appreciated! :woohoo: :woohoo:
