How does this sound, ABT's

Working on a few ABT's, frying up some bacon, will drain, coat with maple syrup and fry a couple of min.. The peppers are seeded, so in the morning I will mix the cream cheese, pepper jack, xtra sharp cheddar,Tabasco,swamp venom, a touch of horseradish and the crumpled bacon together with a bit of minced green onion and stuff the peppers.

Wrap with bacon and into the egg.

How does that sound???

I just drained the bacon, wiped out pan, bacon back in,maple syrup and sprinkled with swamp venom.

She is going to love me. :woohoo:

Do you do your ABTs low and slow, hot and fast or something in between?

Around 350-375 indirect. I need to try em on a raised grid direct to see how much difference there is.

Thanks, no problem on the cream cheese, we can't all like the same thing all the time. It's a little after 5 a.m and still dark. I'll wait till about 6 or so then go mix the cheeses,spice,onion and tobasco so I can stuff,wrap and get them going so I can take them down to her later.
