Wanted to try our hand at pizza, got some recipes off of here to try out and also try out my newly made peel. The pizza turned out great but the mozzarella made for a not-so-nice presentation.

Not bad looking presentation at all. Looks authentic. Might be a little too much sauce for my tastes, but otherwise, looks great!

Thanks, guys. The second one had a little too crispy of a crust, mainly from the pre-heated stone.
