Egg on a trailer

Just curious, does anyone have an egg or eggs mounted on a trailer? If so do you do any catering or just comps? Could 2-3 XL eggs keep up with capacity needed for a festival?

There are many competition teams that cook on eggs. All kinds of different ways are used by them to transport multiple eggs to their competition sites. Some only take a couple XL's some 5 or 6 of varying sizes.

Curious......
Been considering buying my first egg. Need to replace a very old NB Smoker that I had fun with but finally got rid of. Originally planned on going the traditional Smoker route (Lyfe Tyme Smoker) with offset fire box. But the Egg has been rather interesting to read about. I see in the photo here that there is a traditional smoker along with an egg. If my initial use would be to cook brisket/pork butts for camping trips and get togethers, any recommendation to go egg or traditional? Even if I went traditional, would consider an egg down the road, just courious on your thoughts. -
Start with the Egg and I will about guarantee that the only other cooker you will ever buy again is more eggs. In under a year I've gotten rid of 2 smokers and 2 grills and replaced with 3 eggs.

Here's a direct link for you and an article. -
That rig is my dealers which I have used quite often. He has recently rebuilt it with the Oklahoma Joe, a XL egg and a Traiger pellet. The egg gets the most use and the Ok. Joe makes a great warming storage area. In the 13 plus years I have used it he has never had any damage due to bouncing but the firebox will sometimes rotate out of position.
