Made this Semi-fattie last night, 75% 80%/20& hamburg and 25% 100% hot sausage. It was very good but might go 50/50 next time.

Those are little potatoes that I grew in a container and some Garlic from the garden. I used some Cherry and a handful of hickory nut shells for smoke. The shells give a really fast burst of smoke. They are a b$#ch to crack though
