A guy once taught me to stand the wing up on one end, push finger and thumb down and together so that they tear the meat and come together in the opening between those two bones. Then you hold them together and push down so that all the meet is push aside. Then you put the whole thing in your mouth and pull the bones out. He said his frat brothers taught him that, and he could do it in one bite. It sure wasn't as pretty as the video, but he could barrel through an order of wings in minutes! :laugh:
