Bordello....A fine choice.
You will love it!
NO dishwasher.....LOL!! And no adult beverages allowed when using.... :pinch:
Have fun with it!! -
Little Chef,
You are way too funny. Me, adult beverage
Now I do really appreciate your advice and will do my very best to follow it.
Thanks for your input,
Best Regards,

You will love it! I got this for my wife last year http://www.amazon.com/Shun-Classic-2-Inch-Stainless-Steel-Nakiri/dp/B000FR2YWK/ref=sr_1_36?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1257765185&sr=1-36 The quality is great and handle is really nice. I think you will like the desighn of yours better than the one my wife wanted. Yours is like my Hattori and is much more usefull.IMO One thing is to keep the unbelievable sharpness of factory I use waterstones http://www.amazon.com/Shun-Classic-2-Inch-Stainless-Steel-Nakiri/dp/B000FR2YWK/ref=sr_1_36?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1257765185&sr=1-36 A completly differant way to sharpen and one that takes some study but the results are unbelievable and rewarding. Oh and ask bill about sharpening that thing after a few "sedatives"!! :P

Thanks for the links and info. Glad to hear I made a good choice. I did 2 day delivery so it should be here Tuesday or Wednesday.

I probably post a picture. Between the warning about adult beverages from Little Chef and sedatives I had better be careful. :(
Thanks,

my bro-in-law who is an instructor at le cordon bleu saw it and loved it so much, he went out and bought one.
things of beauty. -
I had been eyeing that but wanted to try one of the left handed ones so opted for the classic.
Yours is a beauty,

The Ken Onion is not left/right handed specific as the handle is symmetrical. I'm a lefty and have used Sparky's on multiple occassions and the handle feels great.
